Registrations

1. 1.Registrations will be accepted only before the deadline, which is 48-hrs prior to the programme commencement unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.
   

2. 2.Payment received towards registration after the deadline will be refunded or rolled-over towards the next programme. In case of a refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted.
   

General Terms of Service

1. 1.Classroom programmes interrupted due to reasons beyond MT&C shall be rescheduled and/or the trainees will be given options to join the same programme at a later date without extra cost, subject to seat vacancies.
   

2. 2.Online trainees who miss one or more sessions shall be given web access to the recording of session. The recording shall be accessible to the trainees for 7 days including the day of the programme.
   

3. 3.Planck Technical reserves the right to cancel, reschedule a programme or deny trainees any and all services in at its own discretion with or without prior notice.
   

Discounts

1. 1.Student discounts are applicable only for trainees currently registered as full-time students in an institute accredited by a national regulatory board. A valid student ID is required to be produced when discount is being claimed.
   

2. 2.Early registration discount can be availed of only when registration is completed with payment before the announced deadline.
   

3. 3.No discounts can be availed of in case registration is completed after the announced deadline.
   

4. 4.Planck Technical reserves the right to deny trainees any discounts and/or services if registration info is found to be incorrect, or at its discretion.
   

Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. 1.All our public courses come with a free trial. The first 75min of the training is a designated free trail period for all our public programmes.
   

2. 2.Trainees are free to opt out of the programme within the trail period for a full refund of the training fee.
   

3. 3.Trainee who wishes to opt out need notify us and the fee shall be refunded no later than 14-days.
   

4. 4.A trainee wishing to cancel his/her candidature without attending the programme must notify us of the intent by sending an email to services {at} plancktek {dot} com. Refund, after deducting 5% processing fee, shall be processed within 14-days.
   

Certificates

1. 1.Trainees who attend all sessions will be eligible for a letter of training.
   

2. 2.Those interested must notify at the time of registration. The letter shall be available to be picked up from our office or can be couriered to trainee for an additional fee.
   

3. 3.Unless mentioned explicitly with the training programme, our courses are not certification courses.
   

Privacy Statement

1. 1.We will use your contact information only to communicate with you regarding the training programme you registered for and/or for relevant programmes.
   

2. 2. We will not share, sell or reveal your registration information to anyone, except to law enforcement authorities or a competent court under circumstances as may be required by law.
